Operating dispersed generation with ICT (Information & Communication Technology)

Information Communication Technology (ICT) is expected to play an important role in that Dispersed Generation smoothly disseminates in coordination with keeping system reliability, stability and power quality enough. This paper presents the results of surveys, which were conducted to assess R&D on the application of ICT. The surveys were conducted among members of CIGRE Study Committee C6 and WG C6.03.
