Interface between System Operators and Regulators

The objective of regulators is to make sure that the System Operator, despite its monopoly, acts in an efficient and customer oriented way, and that it provides high quality and efficiency at low costs. Conditions are that necessary investments be made in due time and that market parties have non-discriminatory access to the grid. The BT addresses the interface of the System Operator with the regulator.
