VIU/TSO/RTO OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE: GOALS, KPI'S, Their Quantification and use at different levels of decision making
This paper presents a short overview of the generic functions of SO, performance goals and KPI's on different levels (corporate, operational and training). Additional practical examples from National Grid (UK) and ONS (Brazil) are also exposed.
