The Impact of Implementing Cyber Security Requirements using IEC 61850

To better understand the impact of cyber security on IEC 61850 systems, B5.38 surveyed existing (and work-inprogress) standards, reports and technical papers to assess the quality of the solution offered. The assessment describes the strengths and weaknesses of each solution from a protection engineer's point-of-view. A gap analysis shows where further research is needed.
