Metering, revenue protection, billing and CRM/CIS functions

The TB aims to identify the state of the art and of the practice as well as the trends in metering, revenue protection, billing and CRM/CIS functions and systems. The last two functions are approached with emphasis in vertically structured utilities, however, exploring their sensitivity level for liberalized markets has been also considered. Standards and recommendations are presented, as well as case studies.
