The use of Ethernet Technology in the Power Utility Environment

The objective of the TB is to assist utilities to plan, specify, design and implement Ethernet infrastructures necessary for the IP-based operational applications. The document covers operational applications of Ethernet technology relative to the power delivery process in the HV substation and in the Control Centre, as well as the associated Operation Support applications.
