Lessons Learnt from Recent Emergencies and Blackout Incidents

This TB is the result of work by the C2.21 Working Group: "Lessons Learnt from Recent Emergencies and Blackout Incidents ". The work was initiated through the terms of reference for the WG in 2010. A summary of the key findings by the working group was presented at the Large Disturbance Workshop during the 2012 Session in Paris. This TB provides details of the findings, and recommendations for follow-up activities in this area.
