Overhead conductor safe design tension with respect to Aeolian vibrations

The TB deals with "Overhead conductor safe design tension with respect to Aeolian vibrations". Part one considers single unarmored, unprotected conductors of the most common types. Part two deals with single conductor lines protected by means of Stockbridge-type vibration dampers set up at span extremities. Part three deals with bundled conductor lines ( twin horizontal bundles, triple apex-down bundles and quad horizontal bundles)
