DG Set Replacement With Bess

To eliminate Diesel Generation set requirement at Receiving Stations, to implement Green solution, reduce the cost of auxiliary consumption and to overcome storage of Hazardous material, procurement of Diesel and maintenance of such moving machinery, 100 kWh BESS has been commissioned successfully at 26 Receiving Stations across Mumbai as replacement of existing DG set to supply all essential load including lighting for four hours which is sufficient for control room engineers to reach the remote station and take corrective action.
