However, in practice, this information is not fully exploited. The data is available, but often used reactively and interpreted only by a small group of specialists. This disparity between the available data and its use affects the efficiency, repair, and troubleshooting of DSOs/TSOs, which are also undergoing staff turnover and need to shorten the learning curve for new personnel.
