Challenges in training for PAC professionals - And how to overcome these

The demand for skilled PAC professionals is rising just as renewables, digitalization, and AI are increasing system complexity. Yet, the sector faces a shortage of qualified personnel, an aging workforce, and no standardized guidelines for professional development. Current training offerings are fragmented, making it difficult for individuals and organizations to identify suitable learning paths. To address this, the authors propose a framework consisting of a PAC
