The evolving complexity of the Brazilian power system, driven by increasing renewable penetration, distributed generation, and heightened uncertainty, demands a new outlook at areas that support real-time operation. Regarding Operating Procedures perspective, traditional static documentation and isolated processes are no longer sufficient to guarantee the required agility and consistency in decision-making. Moreover, advancements in digitalization offer opportunities to integrate operational guidance directly into supervisory systems, reducing reliance on structured manuals and enhancing situational awareness.
