A Methodological Framework for Reviewing and Strengthening Unit Commitment Models: The Colombian Case Study
Electricity markets are increasingly complex, placing greater scrutiny on the optimization models that underpin market clearing. This paper proposes a methodological framework for reviewing and strengthening unit commitment and redispatch models, focusing on the
