Protection systems using telecommunication.

Telecommunication connected to or included in protection systems seems to be more common when transmission power systems are extended and developed. The increasing integration of telecommunication in the protections systems necessitates a good overall view of protection and telecommunication problems and of course power system problems as well. This report promotes mutual appreciation of the problems experienced by engineers.
