The content of the task force final report is certainly not an extensive or exhaustive inventory of all the theoretical and practical frequency related topics but the result of the shared experience of the task force members in that field. Due to their relatively disperses geographical origin and related power system size, it represents a reasonable overview of today's situation in the matter.
