Report on survey to establish protection performance during major disturbances
The objectives of the questionnaire were to review significant disturbances since 1986 (i.e. where load loss exceeded 1 system-minte or generation loss exceeded 10% peak demand) ; identify and categorise the cause and nature of the disturbances ; to collect user experience relating to behaviour of protection and control systems during such disturbances.
