Instrumentation and measurements for in-service monitoring of high voltage insulation

The Technical Brochure summarizes the work performed by TF D1.02.08: "High Voltage Test and Measuring Technique" and presents an overview of today applied methods for In-Service Monitoring of High Voltage Insulations and conclusions regarding the state of the knowledge on the applicability. General guidelines for the design, operation and integration of monitoring sytems are given.
