Guide for Qualifying High Temperature Conductors for Use on Overhead Transmission Lines
This guide provides general recommendations for methods and testing useful to qualify high temperature bare conductors for use on OHL, designed and intended for maximum operating temperatures in excess of 150°C. It includes recommendations for laboratory and outdoor testing of the complete High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) stranded conductor system, including accessories.
