Communications Access to Electrical Energy Consumers and Producers

Today, the examination of communications access to consumers and producers has to be carried out in the context of the vision for smartgrid. In developing this technical brochure, the WG has defined the smartgrid and developed a view of the evolutionary process which could lead to implementation. Communication technologies have been considered as part of the development, indeed they are considered to be the key enabler for smart energy networks.
