Interaction between transmission and distribution system planning.

The scope of the WG is defined on three main subjects : 1. Voltage levels for transmission, sub-transmission and distribution systems; 2. Size and density of substations and transformer capacities; 3. Architecture of transmission, sub-transmission and distribution networks. This report is meant to be an executive summary of the work carried out. The Group produced four main technical reports which are added as appendices.
