Modern Approach to Condition Evaluation of Composite Insulator in Service
This paper conducts a systematic review of the currently available test methods and approaches for the condition evaluation of composite insulators. It has identified gaps between the methods recommended by CIGRE TB 481 and TB 542, and the nowadays available novel test methods.
