Enhancing Power System Utilisation: Tools and Insights from Norway
The increasing demand for grid connections in Norway, coupled with significant price differences between bidding zones and rising costs for grid expansion, has created a pressing need to enhance the utilisation of the existing power system. Traditional grid investments are challenged by long lead times and escalating expenses, prompting the search for alternative solutions that can deliver capacity gains more efficiently.
