A Novel Power Generation Planning Method Designed for Future Power System Development
High renewable penetration challenges conventional power generation planning due to increased uncertainty, flexibility requirements and multi-objective trade-offs. This paper proposes a novel generation planning methodology tailored for future power system development and demonstrates its practical application in China Southern Power Grid (CSG).
