Benchmark Systems for Network Integration of Renewable and Distributed Energy Resources

The efficient use of distributed energy resources (DER) relies on methods and smart grid technologies aimed at facilitating the network integration. For the purpose of evaluating the quality and relative merits of these methods and technologies, a common reference platform is developed. It consists of a set of benchmark networks that are representative of real integration challenges. In the brochure, these networks are discussed in detail.
