Protocol for reporting operational performance of FACTS controllers
Advisory Group AG B4.04 of CIGRE Committee B4 will be collecting data annually on the operational performance of FACTS controllers. The data will be summarized and presented as a paper bi-annually at the Paris session. The protocol provides a standards format for reporting operational performance.
